- Thanh Tran, Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Thanh Tran is the Chief Executive Office and co-founder of Zoeticx. Thanh is a seasoned, visionary executive with global IT knowledge and a proven track record with startup and turn-around businesses. Prior to Zoeticx, Thanh served as the Chief Technology Officer of Amdocs (NYSE:DOX), a $3B Telecom billing giant where his responsibilities included Amdoc’s product strategy, R&D development processes, and budget governance. Prior to Amdocs, Thanh was the Senior Vice President and General Manager at BEA Systems, holding P&L responsibility for the $100M Aqualogic product group, which provided Service Oriented Architecture solutions. Before BEA, he held GM responsibility for the Development Products Group at Borland Software Corporation.
Throughout his career, he has held senior technical roles that contributed to business growth and leading edge innovation. Thanh brings over 25 years of technical and management experience in world-class Fortune 100 Organizations, has authored numerous patents, and is the recipient of multiple industry awards.
- Alon Segal, Chief Products Officer & Founder
Alon Segal is the Chief Product Officer and co-founder of Zoeticx. Alon brings 20+ years of professional software and hardware development experience focused on developing state of the art wire line and wireless digital communications. He is a visionary technologist with global work experience. Alon also serves as a Director for Telespree Communications, a leading enabler of cloud-based wireless data services and a company he co-founded, serving as CEO from 1999-2000.
Prior to founding Zoeticx, Alon served as Vice President of Portfolio Product Management at Amdocs (NYSE:DOX) where he was responsible for the overall product portfolio roadmap and alignment. Prior to Telespree, Alon work at Electronics For Imaging (NSADAQ:EFII) as a General Manager reporting directly to the CEO and had P&L responsibility for Production Printing Systems, EFI’s most profitable business unit. Alon has authored multiple patents, and his industry efforts have been recognized throughout his career as a recipient of numerous awards, including the 1992 Israel Defense Prize.
- Terrence Glenn, Vice President of Sales & Business Development
Terrence Glenn is the Vice President of Business development for Zoeticx, Inc., and has more than 25 years of high technology experience in both software sales and IT consulting. Most recently Glenn served as a partner for Computer Sciences Corporation (CSC), Inc., a large international IT Consulting services company. Prior to that Glenn held leadership positions with Micro Focus both as VP of North America Sales and Global VP of Strategic Alliances. Prior to Micro Focus, Glenn served as CheckFree’s Regional Sales Director for their Electronic Bill Presentment software as well as a Regional Sales Director for Borland.
Much of Glenn’s career path has been in a direct contributor role with early stage software companies. He is proficient in developing executive relationships and has a proven track record in building strategic partner alliances.
- Alan Shoap, Vice President of Marketing
Alan Shoap is the Vice President of Marketing for Zoeticx. Alan has more than 25 years of high technology experience in both hardware and software and has held numerous leadership positions. Most recently, Alan served as the Chief Operating Officer at IPLocks, a database and information security software company. Prior to that, Alan served as Vice President of Operations at Blazent, a Business and IT Services Management company. Before Blazent, Alan served as Vice President and General Manager of Borland Software Company’s Enterprise Business Unit.
His career path included positions as General Manager of the EcoSYSTEMS product line at Compuware, Group Marketing Manager at Oracle, and Product Line Manager at Hewlett-Packard Company.
