The preventative app monitors the healthcare needs of those suffering from addiction, dementia and other behavioral health diseases with reports derived from specific criteria devised by their providers to develop the most effective diagnosis. These reports also enable healthcare institutions to optimize efficiencies and facilitate patient care planning.

Physicians can customize reports to identify at risk patient’s, diagnose their care and treatment success with real-time monitoring through mobile devices, rather than relying on cumbersome PDFs along with building, storing and updating these paper files. The ProVizion BHS app’s patient reporting capability will also enables hospitals and clinics to identify patient symptom commonalities and leverage those findings, facilitating patient treatment and avoiding resource consuming individual patient research. These types of reports can even be used for grant applications.

First Deployment at Gallup, NM Hospital
ProVizion BHS is deployed at the Rehobath McKinley Christian Health Care Services (RMCHS) in Gallup, New Mexico, an integrated rural non-profit hospital that serves a large community suffering from alcoholism and requiring behavioral care treatment.
