Zoeticx Leads Clinic to Gain CARF Accreditation

(San Jose, September 1, 2020) – Zoeticx, Inc. the developer of preventive care services, today announced its behavioral health solution, Zoeticx ProVizion BHS (Behavioral Health Service) has reached a milestone in supporting its customer, RMCHCS (Rehoboth McKinley Christian Health Care Services) by achieving a 3-year CARF (Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities) Accreditation.

“We value working with partners like Zoeticx,” said Michael Johnson, CARF Managing Director of Behavioral Health. “Thanh Tran’s leadership and vision brought CARF accreditation to RMCHCS so Gallup and McKinley County residents can benefit from enhanced behavioral healthcare for many years.”

“Today we raise the quality bar again on behavioral healthcare delivery and the quest for better patient outcomes,” said Zoeticx CEO Thanh Tran. “We have proven that Zoeticx delivers both software solutions as well as is a strategic partnership on the journey to continuously improve care quality and in compliance with international recognized CARF accreditation.”

CARF Accreditation Reflects Dedication and Commitment for Continuous Care Quality Delivery

Zoeticx ProVizion BHS software has built-in features to facilitate CARF accreditation, supporting the CARF standard data model and Patient-Centered Comprehensive Multidisciplinary workflows. A Zoeticx as a technological partnership brings the technical expertise from its team members to assist care facilities to in attaining CARF accreditation.

Zoeticx ProVizion BHS software accelerates the documentation of policy and procedures required for CARF accreditation. The software enables clinics to meet specific requirements efficiently and effectively in the planning, prioritization, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of the services offered. Built and supported by the software, an organization ensures consistency and continuous care delivery improvements supported by its insight progress reporting.

CARF Accreditation Brings Benefits to Care Facilities

Individual state programs reimburse to clinics a fixed amount per patient over the course of their treatment. Care centers with CARF accreditation can treat clients who are covered by private insurance and Medicaid resulting in substantially higher treatment payment from government (CMS) and private insurers such as Blue Cross/Blue Shield.

“CARF is the gold standard for behavioral health services, but their rules are stringent. By being able to meet their numerous requirements with software tools such as those offered by Zoeticx, care facilities can avoid the uncertainty of knowing if their application will be approved,” says Teresa Meehan, Ph.D. executive director, RMCHCS WellSpring behavioral health center. “Insurers know that CARF accreditation ensures their reimbursement is being monitored and patients are being treated with maximum efficiency.”
